Position Description:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will report to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager (TADM). This position supports all Region-specific talent acquisition efforts. The TAC will support the sourcing the best available, qualified talent for current and future business requirements, including supporting the development, coordination, and maintenance of regional talent acquisition/recruiting processes and programs.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and experience required, 4-year bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and experience.

  • 1-3 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professional.

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

  • Experience working collaboratively and effectively with hiring managers and TADM.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Strong observational and analytical skills.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook). Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI a plus.

Essential Duties:

  • Reviews and assesses applicant resumes, conducts phone interviews, and communicates with candidates daily.

  • Works collaboratively with TADM, TA team, and Corporate HR to support a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Uses proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely manner.

  • Supports a robust, year-round campus recruitment effort, including providing support and maintenance of a sizeable summer internship program.

  • Supports Regioanl efforts to establish Hensel Phelps as an employer of choice in all areas of the TA process.
